How I wish I could make/eat/savour these

If only I were at home!!! Would definitely try to make the potato fritters mentioned in above link!

Had to do my first tutorials this week. My brain is really really really rusty. Gona have to work real hard to scrub all tht grub away.

Cooking on a regular basis now... but I still miss eating at home. :(
