Free Range Chicken In Singapore?
Imagine my surprise and shock at seeing a flock of chickens, complete set of hens and rooster (pictured here), roaming about freely in the heartlands of Singapore's Thomson/Sin Min area. Wonder where the hens are hiding their eggs?

Attempt on Gordan Ramsay's Beef Wellington Recipe
My first attempt at Gordan Ramsay's recipe for Beef Wellington. Not too bad for a first try, but I have to remember that his recipes tend towards the salty side and not add as much season as he does the next time. Puff pastry could be a little thicker too, but that's my own preference :)
